1. By "value" I meant "intangible quality of", not numerical value. Seriously, if you're gonna try and "correct" someone, at least bring some intelligence.
2. PageRank is not an indicator, it's a multiplier. Content Score X PageRank = Overall Rank. Or is this new to you?
3. Yes, it does matter in the SERP's. If you and I were vying for placement for a particluar keyphrase, had similarly optimized sites, the one with higher PageRank will invariably rank higher.
Don't fret, if this were to be an actual scenerio, I would smash you in the SERP's.
4. With a nickname like "SEO", you need to come prepared chief.
